These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bv998 ("bv998", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bv998 website located at https://bv998.cam/ and all associated services, features, content and betting or gaming products offered through it.
bv998 is an English-language online betting and live casino platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides cricket betting markets, live casino games, sports wagering and a PKR-friendly account environment. bv998 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani financial institution.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances where permitted under applicable law.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bv998 may suspend or close Accounts where inaccurate information is detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time authentication codes with any third party. bv998 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bv998 support team immediately via the contact details in Section 17 of these Terms.
bv998 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with the Operator's obligations under the applicable licence jurisdiction. You may be required to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to:
Acceptable verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bv998 reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account functionality pending the outcome of KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in Account closure.
All Account balances on bv998 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the PKR account environment is active. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.
7.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the Operator and displayed in the cashier. Payment brand references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure references only. They do not indicate that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with bv998 or online gambling.
7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the Operator's withdrawal policy. Processing times vary by method and may take between 1 and 5 business days. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC completion as described in Section 6.
7.3 Currency Conversion. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be that set by the Operator at the time of the transaction. bv998 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by the User.
7.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period defined by the Operator's policy may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees, if any, will be applied in accordance with the Operator's schedule as communicated to Users prior to deduction.
7.5 Restricted Funds. Funds deposited by third parties or derived from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder will be frozen pending investigation. bv998 reserves the right to close Accounts and return funds to their verified source where third-party funding is detected.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market or casino game. These rules are made available within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
8.1 Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the Wager is confirmed. bv998 offers markets on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and domestic matches — as well as football, UFC, basketball and other sports. Mentioning PSL or ICC does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those organisations.
8.2 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform. bv998 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that market.
8.3 Void Bets. bv998 reserves the right to void any Wager where: the odds were displayed in error; where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; or where there is clear evidence of a systems error or data feed malfunction. Voided bets are returned to the Account Balance.
8.4 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is placed at odds that are materially incorrect due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), bv998 reserves the right to cancel or correct the bet at the correct odds, even if the bet has already been settled.
8.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios under their respective licences. The rules, Return-to-Player (RTP) figures and gameplay mechanics for each game are governed by the studio's own published rules. RTP figures are illustrative and represent long-run theoretical returns, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.
bv998 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentive schemes ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Where a conflict arises between these Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that Promotion only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance where legally permitted, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout — is the property of bv998 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of bv998's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv998 and its Operator, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
bv998's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Where a material change is made, bv998 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via on-site notification or email to the address registered on the Account. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.
The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the process described in Section 17.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights under any mandatory legal provisions applicable to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
